Tammy Butler Robinson

#HaveYouHerd: Wrapping up the month of August is someone who The Herd absolutely adores. Today’s #FridayFeature is Tammy Butler Robinson, who is the CEO for Engaging Solutions. To read about how Tammy is leading Engaging Solutions down a successful path, keep reading.

Tammy is a business leader who has worked for many years in housing and community development. She’s an expert in public finance and management and is deeply committed to improving communities and the lives of women in Indiana. As the Chief Executive Officer for Engaging Solutions, Tammy leads the development of the organization’s vision, mission, and both short and long-term strategies. Tammy also communicates on behalf of Engaging Solutions, assesses, monitors, and minimizes risk, and ensures that the organization remains aware of market expansion opportunities, all while uplifting other executive leaders within the organization.

While Tammy has achieved so much, both personally and professionally, she still has plenty of goals left on her agenda, including running a marathon, being a best-selling author, a world-renowned speaker, and creating a safe haven for those experiencing grief and loss. She also looks forward to some of the milestone moments coming up in her life, including watching her children graduate from college and seeing the predictable success of Engaging Solutions.

When asked what advice she would offer to The Herd as we celebrate our ten-year anniversary, she said, “Keep going. You’ll never make it if you stop,” she said. “Celebrate the wins and learn from the losses. It all works together for the good.” What great advice.

Currently, Tammy is working on many projects, such as reading “Predictable Success” by Les McKeown and participating in the Lilly Mentor Protégé Program. She’s also working on a three-year strategic plan for Engaging Solutions, starting by asking every employee to select one word that describes the company and what they would change if given the chance.

Tammy Butler Robinson is a diamond in our community who continues to shine bright, and we can’t thank her enough for that.
